NaNoWriMo 2017 | I did it

For a few moments, I didn’t think I was going to make it; but make it I did.

Yes, I ‘won’ NaNoWriMo 2017 and wrote over 50,000 words in one month!

I am completely and utterly exhausted – I wrote over 10k words in the last two days – but I am so happy and proud of myself!

If you took part in NaNoWriMo, it doesn’t matter whether you hit the 50k or didn’t. Sure, you’re going to be a bit gutted, but at the end of the day you’ve started on something new and that’s awesome in itself. Hopefully you’ve learnt a lot about discipline and writing in just 30 days! How awesome is that?!

I’m going to be starting blogmas tomorrow – a post every day right up until Christmas – so I will leave this albeit short blog post here. I’m going to be posting, probably anyway, a more in-depth review of NaNoWriMo as a whole, and where I’m going with my novel, in the future, but until now, bloglings,
