Okay, so Monday I worked on my legs. I couldn’t walk properly until yesterday [Thursday], and my butt still huts now.
On Wednesday, I worked on my arms, and that hasn’t hurt!
And I’m meant to work on my abs today [Friday], but that depends on time and if I can be bothered.
Whilst I have been in a lot of pain, that means it’s worked! And the fact that I lost 2lbs in four days might also have helped.
Do you guys work out? How do you do it?
